The Medica Provider College provides online training through live webinars and self-directed e-training opportunities. These training sessions are available to business office personnel throughout the Medica service area.

Clinical Staff Training

The Medica Provider College offers training opportunities for clinical staff throughout the Medica service area for mid-level nurses and physicians to help develop and implement our disease management and quality programs. Some of these sessions are eligible for CEU and CME credits.

Process Improvement Team

The focus of each team is education, information sharing and improving shared processes related to accurate, timely claims payment, thereby improving cash flow for the provider and reducing rework for both organizations. If you are interested in forming a process improvement team with Medica, please contact the Medica Provider Service Manager at 952-992-3472.
